Hi I'm Mikayla

I grew up always moving. I am going to college for Elementary Education. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently in college studying elementary and special education. I love working with kids, making new recipes in the kitchen, sewing, hiking, and meeting new people. Growing up, I would always change schools every couple of years, so I learned how to make new friends easily. If I have free time, I love to go on adventures with friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon, because I have felt through the Holy Ghost that this is the restored church of Jesus Christ. I have felt peace as I have prayed, gone to church, and read my scriptures. I know that Joseph Smith restored the church under the direction of Jesus Christ. I have had God hear and answer my prayers in my life, and I have seen him answer the questions I have.

How I live my faith

I live my faith, by following the example of Jesus Christ. I am a disciple of Christ by reaching out to others, by finding the person who is alone. I always try to sit and talk to the person who is alone, because I believe that is what Christ would do.

Why is family so important to Mormons?

Family is important, because we believe that families can be together forever through God's plan. By making covenants and living righteously, we can enter into the highest kingdom and live with our family for all eternity. We believe that there is a great strength in our family relationships and that our families can help us. Show more Show less
