Hi I'm Sarah

I grew up in Arizona. I'm a nanny. I come from a competitive family and love playing board games. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to read and play board games with my family. I come from a family of readers, my mom is an english teacher, and have spent many afternoons discussing different book series with my siblings and in-laws. When we aren't talking about our favorite books, my family is almost certainly playing some game. Our favorites are Settler's of Catan and Rook but my siblings and I are constantly trying to introduce new games, much to my father's chagrin. Family is incredibly important to me and I am so grateful to have all my family near by.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love my family. As a child I lost my cousin to cancer and without the church I would have been even more devastated and would not have the hope and peace I have as a result of the Plan of Salvation. I know I can be with all lost family members again and I know that this church can bring comfort those in need. I am so grateful to have a relationship with my Heavenly Father and Heavenly Mother and feel their divine love for me. I know that we have modern day revelation through the prophets and apostles and we are truly being guided by the Lord in this modern day.

How I live my faith

As a youth I was involved with the Young Women program and I hope to work with the youth in the future! I think that teaching and encouraging young women is so important, I had such a wonderful experience in the youth programs of the church, largely because of the wonderful, uplifting leaders I had, and I want to be that positive influence on those young woman younger than me. I've also been apart of my church's service outreach. I love participating in activities where I have the opportunity to serve those in need and I am grateful to the church for so actively providing those opportunities.
