Hi I'm Brynn

I grew up in Idaho and have 3 siblings. I obtained my CNA license in high school and want to become a RN. I am a Mormon!

About Me

I love to kayak and hike because it gets me outside in the beautiful nature. I also love to watch old movies: anything with Frank Sinatra, Gene Kelly, or Doris Day I love!! I'm currently going to school to become a Registered Nurse. I've always loved the idea of becoming a nurse because I love to help people and the medical field interests me.

Why I am a Mormon

I have always believed there is a God. There is too much evidence in this world that proves this didn't just happen by mistake. If this was created for a reason, that means I have a purpose. I always wanted to know if the LDS faith was true and so I prayed to receive an answer and I got it in D&C 1:39. Sometimes I have moments of doubt, but I always remember the reasons I stay. We all have a purpose on this earth and the LDS church helped me realize mine. I love the teachings and ideas that come from the doctrine. Even if I wasn't a member, I would still live by this doctrine because it makes me a better person.

How I live my faith

In high school, it is hard to stick to your standards when everyone else is trying to be trendy and cool. I didn't drink, smoke, swear, or wear immodest clothing. Sometimes I felt like I really stuck out because of those things. Dances would come and I would have sleeves on my dress while others went strapless with shear cutouts. Sometimes I didn't want to live by my standards, but I'm glad I did. I found true friends and happiness that way. I learned that I didn't have to change to be cool.
