Hi I'm Mary Lee

I am a 4th generation Idahoian with a bachelors degree in K thru 8 Elementary Education with a Library endorsement. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother, a teacher and friend. I love reading, traveling and spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy working in my yard.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of the church since I was born. However like most of us my testimony came later. In school my friends belonged to the church so I naturally joined them in church meetings and activities. When time came to graduate from High School they were off to a church school so it seemed only reasonable that I would follow, which I did. It was here when I took a Book of Mormon class that my testimony began to develop. I had a patient and excellent teacher Sister Barruss. During this time of my life I had a strong desire to go on a mission so when I turned 21 I entered the mission field in California.

How I live my faith

As a Morman I have had many opportunities to be of service in the church. It has been a blessing to work in all of the auxiliaries of the Church, which include Relief Society, Primary and the Young Women’s organization. I have served in ward and stake callings as a teacher, and President of each of these organizations in the ward, as well as Our Stake Primary President. As a young woman it was my blessing to able to serve a mission for the church.
