Hi I'm Kate Hulon

I grew up in Nebraska and am a huge Husker football fan. I am a convert to the church! I’m a Mormon!

About Me

I am a student and I am studying Construction Management. Growing up I had the opportunity to be involved in track, National Honor Society, and broadcasting. I love dogs! I have the cutest puppy who is a miniature schnauzer named Sophie. And I love Husker Football!

Why I am a Mormon

When I was little my family and I were not members. My mother was Catholic and my father was Methodist. In second grade I met my life time best friend who invited me to come to church with her. Not only did she and I become best friends but our families became close friends as well. While being friends with them we got to experience the gospel through their family. After about a year and a half of investigating the church I was able to get baptized with my parents. I know that this church is true because I prayed to know of it for myself. The Lord truly does answer prayers and I will forever be grateful to be a Mormon.

How I live my faith

In my ward I have the opportunity to serve as a leader of the women. I get to help them, pray for them, love them, and plan activities to do with them. It is an amazing opportunity that the Lord has trusted me with and each day I work to be more like Christ so that I can do what I can for each of the women that I watch over.
