Hi I'm Luke

I grew up in Chandler Arizona, I've been running competitively for 14 years, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I ran in Running Club from kindergarten to sixth grade and then joined my school's cross country and track team and continued running all the way through sophomore year of college. I participated in the NJCAA Division I cross country championship in Fort Dodge Iowa and the NJCAA Division I indoor track competition and became All American in two events. I will be graduating with my associates in science in July of 2018.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have a firm testimony that there is no better religion for mankind. This religion teaches hard work, parenting, service, using self-control, giving to those in need, multiplying your talents and just all around becoming a better person and I can not find anything on Earth that has built more happiness for people throughout their lives, and at the end of them, than these things.

How I live my faith

I am an 11-year-old scout leader which means on Tuesday nights I teach 3 boys the importance of hard work, diligence, and wilderness survival. I also teach those boys spiritual lessons on Sunday about how Jesus loves them and wants them to strive to be the best they can and serve others like He did when He was on the Earth.
