Hi I'm Karmen Hall

I grew up Catholic, always searching for truth. For 26 years I was Episcopalian. Sixteen happy years ago I became a Mormon!

About Me

Hi: My name is Karmen. I was converted to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints when I was 63 years old! I was raised in an Irish Catholic home. I spent 35 years as a Catholic, 29 as an Episcopalian, and finally found what I was looking for in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints! My husband of 35 years passed away, and 3 years later I married another member of the Church. We are very happy together and to serve the Lord in our callings. My hobbies are cooking, baking, crocheting and knitting and being a Grandma!

Why I am a Mormon

I found answers to questions of who am I, why am I here, what is my purpose, and what will happen when I die? I have grown very close to my Redeemer, Jesus Christ, and to His and my Heavenly Father. I know the Church is true, and I know Joseph Smith was a Prophet, and through personal experience I have received several healing Priesthood blessing. I know that my Heavenly Father loves and values me. I have become a much better person and thank my Heavenly Father each day for all He has blessed me with.

How I live my faith

I have served in several positions within the Church. My favorite has been as an Ordinance Worker in the Temple. I so love the patrons and the Spirit that is felt within the walls of the Temple. Through Visit Teaching I have made many wonderful friendships over the years. I love to do little service projects and have found that all members are a family to me.
