Hi I'm Daniel

I grew up in New Jersey and I am getting ready to get out of high school. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm currently 18 years old and I'm getting ready to graduate high school. I like to exercise, go camping, play games, socialize, and watch movies. I speak Spanish and love Peruvian food. I will be going to BYU after I go to my mission.

Why I am a Mormon

The missionaries came to knock on my door and my dad answered. I was only five, so I didn't understand much of what happened. Long story short, my parents were converted and I became a member when I was eight. I became a better member throughout the years and eventually truly gained my own testimony of this church by completing the Book of Mormon. How grateful am I for this testimony as it truly gives me a reason to strive and obey the Lord's commandments. It means so much to me as it defines who I am as a person. I don't know or want to know how my life could have turned out without this wonderful gospel.

How I live my faith

The best way I live my faith is by following the commandments and also by actively participating in church events. I also help stay in touch with the young men and help them out the best way I could. I also propose potential church activities with a youth group that I'm currently in.

Is it true that Jesus appeared in North America after his crucifixion and resurrection according to the Book of Mormon?

The Book of Mormon describes the details of the Savior's arrival in North America. The way you can find out if this is true is to really read the Book of Mormon and gain testimony of it. That's the way I truly found out about the Savior in North America. Show more Show less
