Hi I'm Rebekah

I'm one of 7 military kids. I love music. I love classics. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am one of seven kids. My dad served as a Colonel in the U.S. Air Force, so we grew up living around the world, including places like Germany and Chile. I absolutely love music, and I enjoy performing piano and vocal pieces in church and community venues. Last year I started school at Brigham Young University where I plan on studying genetics and music. My experiences living outside of the U.S. as well as my time at BYU taught me to learn to love and find the good in all types of people.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I believe in the power, divinity, and love of Jesus Christ. I believe He is my Savior. He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. He loved me and each of us enough to suffer for our sins and weaknesses. Because of Him, I have the chance to return to live with my Father in Heaven and with my family for eternity. I have come to know Jesus Christ through the witness of the Spirit, especially when I am reading the Book of Mormon. The Book of Mormon testifies of Him, and, when one follows the principles outlined in the Book of Mormon with a sincere heart, the power of Book of Mormon has the ability to bring us to the feet of the Savior.

How I live my faith

Most recently I served as a teacher of the women in my student ward at BYU. I led discussions about principles and doctrines of the Gospel of Jesus Christ as the Spirit led me. I learned to love the women I taught as God helped me to see them as God sees them.
