Hi I'm Ashley

I am a Theater Major, I love Baseball and Softball and, I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently majoring in theater, more specifically sound design, I have a passion for creating music as well as listening to it. I have played violin for 9 years and love every minute of it. I enjoy painting and drawing, and I love to play and watch softball and baseball. I am the oldest of six kids. I am a movie and book fanatic there isn't a time when I'm not reading a book.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the LDS Church, so I grew up learning the principals and doctrines of the LDS church. But I didn't truly know everything was true, until I asked Heavenly Father myself. When I got my answer, I felt foolish that I had even thought it wasn't true. But ever since I figured out for myself that this church was true, I am truly much happier. I know this church is true, and our prophet is a true prophet, and we are able to receive personal revelation from Heaven Father. I know that everything happens for a reason even if it sucks, I know that because of those hard situations that we are put in, we are prepared for something in the future and we are better people for it. I love this church, and I know the Heavenly Father and our Savior, Jesus Christ Love us no matter what and they will help us though anything.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be the best person I can be everyday. I am continually learning and growing each day with the things I learn each day when I look for blessings that I get everyday. I am so much happier when I listen to the spirit and follow the commandments each day. My day also goes better and the harder parts of the day are insignificant when compared to the tender mercies i witness each day. But the most important part is that I try to be like Christ each day and let his light shine through me.
