Hi I'm Nathan Newberry

Born and raised in Arizona, preparing to serve a mission, I’m a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy archery, fishing and camping and try to go as often as I can. I played Highschool football and was first team all region and first team district o-linemen, and I also was a wrestler. I’ve been called to serve in the Massachusetts Boston mission speaking the Portuguese language and will start my service on July, 4 2018.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know beyond doubt that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is the fully restored gospel of Jesus Christ on the earth today. I have been blessed because of my memembership in the church and I know it’s true. I know that God calls prophets in our day as he has previously in the Holy Bible and Book of Mormon and that a living prophet directs the church today. I know that we came to this earth so that we can prepare to return to live with God, and that he is our loving Heavenly Father and that we are his children and he has a plan for our happiness. Also it is only through the Atonement of Jesus Christ and his grace mercy that we can be cleansed from sin. I believe that Christ is the savior and redeemer of the world and he saved us because he loves us.

How I live my faith

I did Eagle Scout leadership project benefiting the A New Leaf foundation for a domestic violence shelter and organized supplies for the victims of domestic violence. I serve as a home teacher to serve the temporal and spiritual needs of three families in my ward.
