Hi I'm Maddie Bowler

I'm from Alpine, Utah. I am studying at the University of Utah and majoring in Pre-Medicine Psychology.

About Me

I am curently studying at the Univeristy of Utah, majoring in Pre-Medicine Psychology. With that, I hope to become a pediatric surgeon. In my free time, I love to hike, go to museums, paint, embroider, hang out with friends/family, etc.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have never felt happier anywhere else. I am so thankful to have a gospel of hope, love, happiness, and acceptance in my life. Because I have a knowledge of this church, I feel like I have a knowledge of who I am and what the purpose of my life is. I have received guidance in more ways than I have thought possible through building a relationship with my Heavenly Father. Our church teaches of hope and eternal happiness and offers a way to become better than what we think we could be. I I have seen the way this church has changed lives; it has definitely changed mine.

How I live my faith

In my home ward, I used to be a secretary in our youths presidency which was really fun. Up in my student ward, I participate in institute which is kind of like sunday school but on a weekday. I have also just recieved my mission call to the Washignton, Spokane mission and I couldn't be more excited to serve.

What is being a Mormon like?

Maddie Bowler
Being a Mormon is knowing your purpose. Through living the gospel I have grown to know my purpose in life and I feel happier because of it. Because I have this church in my life, I have developed a greater perspective. I am able to understand why certain things happen and why I am given certain expereinces. I also have an understanding of who to turn to when I need help which is our Father in Heaven. Being Mormon to me is having a knowledge of what we can become through Christ. Show more Show less
