Hi I'm Megan Elizabeth Johnson

I grew up in St George Utah. I ride and work with horses. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I grew up participating in 4H, in several categories: mainly working with horses, leadership training, cooking, sewing, gardening, computer coding. Ive been riding horses since I was 6 or 7 years old. I ride as much if not more now than when i was little. I collect cowboy boots. I love to spend my free time with my horses, training and playing with them. I went to college for a year and now I am preparing to serve an LDS mission. Besides my love for horses and animals in general, I love to teach country swing dancing.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a family where the gospel of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints was present. I grew up in the Church. I was active in youth church callings, and church activities. When i was a sophmore in hi church school, I lost my grandmother. I took things pretty hard and I ended up distancing myself from the church when I was in college. I was living on my own and had a rebellious side. That part of my life was dark. After certain circumstances and with the help of my family, I started coming back to church. Soon after I started to be myself again; bright, bubbly, and outgoing. I met with my bishop and with some work and major help for Christ and the atonement, I am now back on the right path towards my eternal goal and being with Heavenly Father. I know now what I want in my life and I know how to achieve it. Long story short, I know this is the true church, and that Jesus Christ is the Savior. And through him I can be with my grandmother and my family for eternity.

How I live my faith

I go to church every week. I am a visiting teacher for 3 women in my ward. Right now I am preparing to go and serve as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I have been called to serve in the Texas Houston South mission. I participate in ward activities and help however I can, whether that's by doing some service for the youth or doing work for the dead in the temple.
