Hi I'm Anna Folkman

I am a comedian, fashionista, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college student studying elementary education. I love kids and watching them grow and learn. In my spare time I like to swim, hike, and be with the people I love. I love to make people laugh. Something that brings me a lot of joy is seeing a smile on someone else's face.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of the amount of joy it brings me. I would be nothing without this gospel. I know that when we are having a hard time that Heavenly Father will always be there for us. All we need to do is reach up and grasp onto His hand. He is only a prayer away. I have a very strong testimony of prayer. I am never alone. I know when I think no one understands, I know Christ does. He died for me and He knows how I am feeling every second of everyday. Christ felt my pain and that is something I will be forever grateful for. I know that the Book of Mormon is the true word of God and I am so grateful for it in my life. I know that when we have questions we can find them in the Book of Mormon if we study and pray. I know that Russell M. Nelson is the true prophet of our church today and that he gets revelation from God to guide us in these trying times. I continue to follow this gospel because it is part of who I am. My happiness is because of this gospel.

How I live my faith

I live my to the best of my abilities. I try to fulfill my callings and do my best work in them. I am the family home evening committee co-chairman in my ward. I love planning an activity and watching it take place and seeing the happiness on everyone's faces as they talk with each other and have a fun time. I try my hardest to live my faith how it should be lived. I try my hardest to study my scriptures daily and get something out of them each time I study. I pray to my Heavenly Father for help or to thank Him for everything He has given me.
