Hi I'm Eva-Marie

I'm studying at Brigham Young University to become a Civil Engineer. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to play tennis, fish, hike, and hammock. My newest hobby is learning to play the harmonica. Currently, I am studying Civil Engineering at Brigham Young University.

Why I am a Mormon

I love my Savior, Jesus Christ, with all my heart. I have faith in his plan and I know that he lives and leads his Church today. I am confident that living his Gospel and being obedient to his commandments is the only way we can find true happiness in this life and after death. I grew up in the Church, but my conversion is still something very personal to me. I remember praying when I was just 7 years old because it was dark in my room and I was scared. I distinctly remember the comfort I immediately received. I instantly knew that there was a God, who knows me and loves me. I was sure that such a God would never abandon us. I knew then and know now that he leads this Church and speaks to us through his prophets.

How I live my faith

I love worshiping every Sunday with everyone else at Church. I visit the Temple often and feel peace when I am there. I read the Book of Mormon and pray daily to help remind myself of my Savior. I try to love and serve those in my community just like the Savior would.
