Hi I'm Masyn

I grew up in Utah and I'm currently preparing to serve an 18 month mission in Guayaquil Ecuador. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a very family oriented person and consider my family members to be my greatest friends. I'm a huge lover of all things outdoors: camping, boating, hiking, riding four-wheelers, sports... you name it. I enjoy staying active and traveling lots! I am currently a dental assistant and I LOVE my job. I'm preparing to serve an LDS mission in Guayaquil, Ecuador and I'm so excited for this opportunity

Why I am a Mormon

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints brings immense amounts of true happiness, peace, and hope into my life. It's given me messages of comfort when I've felt afraid, guidance when I've been lost and don't know what to do, help when I've felt alone, and most importantly I've been able to have so many fresh starts to my life when I've made mistakes and truly be forgiven for those mistakes. I grew up in an LDS home and I've been a member my whole life, but there still have been times that I have had questions. The great thing about having questions, is that it gives us the opportunity to learn more and strengthen our testimonies! Throughout my life whenever I've had questions, instead of letting them turn into doubts, I turn to God in prayer and I search for the answers from the most reliable sources (God, scripture, and our prophets.) One of my favorite things about this religion is that we can constantly learn more and grow, no matter how old or young we may be!

How I live my faith

I strive each day to make necessary changes to my life to become a better person. My main goal is to show kindness and love to all those I come in contact with! Making prayers meaningful conversations with God, studying my scriptures, and listening to the modern-day prophets help me to live my faith.
