Hi I'm Jacie Wilkinson

I grew up in a small Utah town. I cheered at Brigham Young University. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college student currently attending BYU. I am preparing to serve in the Virginia Chesapeake Mission and I will leave June 13th. I'm a lover of new adventures, the outdoors, staying physically fit, all things food and chocolate, and cheerleading. I hope to attend cosmetology school when I return and to travel to new countries to do humanitarian work. I love learning about new cultures, and I hope to be able to interact with people all over the world someday.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into an LDS family. I continue to follow Christ's church because I know it to be true. I have established a testimony of my own and it is the basis of everything that I do and say. I know that Joseph Smith restored the true church to the earth. I know that the Book of Mormon is the word of God. I know that God has a plan for each one of us, and that as we continue to live righteously we are blessed and that plan will be made manifest unto us. I know that as we pay tithing we are blessed. God has given us everything, and tithing shows that we are willing to give back to Him. I know that the Holy Ghost can lead and guide us through every aspect of our lives. I know that families can be together forever, and through the ordinances of the temple, each one of us can live with God again.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by setting an example for those around me. I am preparing to serve my God and dedicate the next 18 months to Him. I organize activities for my student ward to participate in and be involved. We have the opportunity to get to know each other better and serve one another.
