Hi I'm Matt

I'm a Mormon from a family of eight in Palo Alto, California. I will soon be a missionary in Budapest, Hungary!

About Me

I was born and raised LDS in Northern California by two faithful parents. My family is very active. I'll play any sport and I love hiking and camping, especially on the California coast. I'm now a student at BYU.

Why I am a Mormon

The goodness of the gospel of Jesus Christ has always resonated with me, but as I've gotten older I've been compelled to learn on my own if the Church was true. I've had many spiritual experiences confirm to me that it is. I feel so privileged to have always had this light in my life. This gospel lives in breathes in every goal and decision I make in my life and intend to carry with me Christ's name until I can see him again with my family.

How I live my faith

It's really cool being a student at BYU and watching a whole ward of 18 year-olds function on its own. I serve in my ward as an instructor in my quorum, which means I get to teach for an hour on Sundays about various topics; I love teaching, especially in church.
