Hi I'm Michelle

I'm from Minnesota, and I love the snow. I also love reading, music, going to school, people, and being outside. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in the LDS church, and I love living and sharing my beliefs with others. I am currently in college, and I really enjoy taking different classes and learning new things about different topics and subjects. I also love music; I play the oboe and flute, and I love participating in bands and orchestras where I can. In my free time I like to read books and watch movies, but most of all I like to be outside hiking, skiing, biking, swimming, playing games, and so on. I love to travel and see and learn new things. Most of all I really like meeting new people and making new friends!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this faith, but I am a Mormon because as I continue to live the Mormon lifestyle and try to do what's right, I feel that what I am doing is good and what God would want me to do. Every day I choose to continue to be a Mormon because I love it and it makes me happy. I fully believe in this church and the good it's done in the world, as well as the truth of the Book of Mormon and the principles it teaches. I know that God wants all of His children to be happy, and I only hope that I can begin to help spread the light and joy that comes from being a part of this organization.

How I live my faith

I am a Family Home Evening Co-Chair, which means I help plan activities for a small group of students my age to do every Monday night. We get together weekly to play games, do service, have fun, and get to know each other better. I do my best to give other students a time during the week when they can relax and forget about school for a bit, as well as make friends. I also try to serve others where and when I can, and just be a friend to those who might need it.
