Hi I'm Bryson

I grew up in Aurora, Colorado. I am preparing to serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Taiwan.

About Me

I am studying Aerospace Engineering at the University of Oklahoma. I enjoy reading and listening to music. I love languages and want to try to learn as many as I can (though they sometimes get mixed up with each other) as well as learn about and explore this world to the best of my capabilities.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church. My mother was a convert (though from a young age) while my dad has a multi-generational history in his family of members as far back as some of the first pioneers. Seeing both sides and the sacrifices made by both my mom's parents to join as well as my father's ancestors to stay true to their faith and what they knew to be the true church of God has always given me strength and been a testimony of the truthfulness of the gospel. I gained a stronger personal testimony throughout my high school years as I felt God's love and spirit strengthen me through difficult times and help me excel when I dedicated the time and effort and kept his commandments.

How I live my faith

I attend church every Sunday as well as Institute classes on Tuesday and Wednesday where I can further my learning and understanding of the gospel. One of my favorite things (especially in preparation for serving my own mission) is going out on splits with the missionaries and helping them teach investigators or find new investigators. I think service is a really great way not just to help others but also make new friends and feel the Spirit.
