Hi I'm Brian

I'm a Mormon out of Farmington Utah. I grew up in Las Vegas and moved to Utah about 6 years ago.

About Me

I am a very active Mormon. I am active in the church but what I also mean is that I love to be physically active as well. Some of my favorite things to do is first and foremost, tumble aka "do crazy flips". I also love to skateboard and snowboard, go camping, and pretty much anything outdoors. I also love to play sports but soccer in particular. I did pole vault in high school and that had to have been the most fun time I had during my senior year. I love to go on runs and workout, and challenge myself. And possibly the weirdest thing, I enjoy the winters here in Utah.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it is deep in our family roots. Many of our ancestors had sacrificed so much for this church, even there own lives at times. The Pioneers were such an important part of our church history and I am so grateful for what they sacrificed to bring forth this gospel. I am also Mormon because of the Book of Mormon. The Book of Mormon is essentially the foundation of this restored gospel. I want to tell you and bear my testimony to you that I have come to know that this book is true. I have read it and prayed about it to know whether or not it was true and I got my answer that it was. And I can promise you that if you read the Book of Mormon and sincerely pray about it that you will come to know that it is true as well. And I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving others. I love to serve other people and perhaps lighten their burdens. Whether its helping someone move, or just being a friend to someone I can tell you from experience that you really just never will know what someone is going through and how just a simple act of kindness could change their life forever. I am currently living my faith by making the decision to go on a mission. I have been called to serve and so I have answered that call and prepared myself to go and bring others unto Jesus Christ. I know it won't be an easy 2 years, but I know that there are so many people out there who are living without any knowledge of the gospel and so my job would be to find them and share it with them. I am so excited to go out and serve the lord and I'm ready to get to work (D&C: 4). When I return I will be sure to share some of the experiences with you.
