Hi I'm Amber

I grew up in Utah. I attended Brigham Young University in Provo. I am preparing to serve a mission in Bulgaria. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 19 years old and currently taking a semester off from BYU to prepare to serve an LDS mission in May. I work as a CNA in caring for the elderly. I love singing, playing the piano and guitar and music in general. I also like to paint and be artistic in general.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a member of the LDS church gives me more than just guidelines to live my life. I can be provided with comfort in times of grief and sorrow. I have the knowledge that forgiveness is readily available when I am overcome with guilt. I know of God's love for me and others. I can learn to appreciate Jesus Christ's sacrifice for me personally. I am given a motivation and understanding of the importance of service and unconditional love. I know what will happen to me after death and that I can live with those I love for eternity. To me, this gospel represents both happiness and hope.

How I live my faith

I live my faith in the little things I do every day. I remember to say my prayers, read my scriptures and share my beliefs with others. I make sure to stand up for myself and my standards in everything I do.
