Hi I'm Hannah

I grew up in Utah. I am the oldest of seven kids. I love my family, my Heavenly Father, and this wonderful gospel. I'm a mormon.

About Me

My name is Hannah. I am the oldest of seven kids, which has been a big responsibility. I love my family with all my heart. I just finished a semester of college and am currently working. I am saving to go on a mission. I am super excited to go serve the Lord. There are many things I love to do in my spare time. I love to listen and make music. Music is a big part of my life, I enjoy the different feelings a single song can bring about. I love to try new and exciting things, even if its just as simple as a new food. I love photography and videography; I think it is amazing that you can capture even everyday life through a lens. I also just love art in general, which photography, videography and music are. I love the creativity and uniqueness that any piece of art holds. I also love how art can bring all sorts of people together through their similar interest in a piece. It is similar to the gospel in that way. In that it can bring joy and happiness as well as a group of people to rely on and care about you.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been blessed with many experiences that have revealed to me the truthfulness and reality of the gospel and this church. I know for a fact that this is the true and righteous Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I know that my Heavenly Father loves me and I love him. I know Jesus Christ is not only my brother but my friend that I can always rely on because he will always be there for me. He truly knows and understands everything I have and will go through. I know the Holy Ghost is a real being and has testified to me many times what is true/real or not in any situation. I know that prayer is a tool that I can use when I need to communicate with God. I know the Book of Mormon is true and can be a great help whenever I am in need. I know that through great faith and righteousness I can and will be blessed. There are so many aspects of the gospel that I know are true and meant for not only me but every single person. I know that through these experiences and love I feel from my Heavenly Father that I am meant to be apart of this church. I know my purpose here on Earth by being a Mormon. I know that I am a Child of God. I am given trials that help me grow and become like my Heavenly Father. While life can be hard I know that trusting in the Lord with all my heart and following the teachings of this gospel can help me get through those hard times. All of this truth that I know and feel is the reason that I am and will remain a Mormon. I know that I have a strong testimony and that it can only get stronger and stronger as I continue to live this gospel.

How I live my faith

I love this gospel with all my heart. I have a deep faith in my Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost. I love being apart of this church and participating in the many callings I have had. I have been in many Young Women's Presidencies; I have grown and learned a lot being in those rolls. I got to be a leader and an example which required a lot of responsibility. It taught me to be more loving, kind, and aware of others and their situations. I was able to reach out to girls struggling or not which helped form great and lasting relationships. I currently have the best of friends from being apart of not just the presidencies but just the Young Women program. I am and will forever be grateful for these opportunities I have gotten to have. I now am able to be a teacher for 8-10 year olds. I get to teach with my mom which has been a blessing. Not only am I teaching these young children about this gospel but I am also learning more and more about it. The children have amazing view points of the lessons taught and it is always great to hear their answers to questions or even their questions that they want answered. It brings a whole other understanding of this gospel which has been incredible to be apart of.
