Hi I'm Chase

I have lived in five states within the United States. I am a called missionary to the Porto Portugal Mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 19 years old. I love my family and I am the oldest of 7 children with 2 sisters and 4 brothers with ages spread over 14 years. I was born in Utah but have since lived in New Hampshire, Texas, California, and Oregon. I love to be active, playing sports, hiking, and enjoying the outdoors. I played basketball in high school and still love it. I am currently a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and am called to serve in the Portugal Porto Mission. I love the church and the gospel and it has greatly impacted my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a Mormon family and grew up going to church and reading my scriptures and saying prayers. Even though I grew up Mormon, when I turned 18 I had to choose to continue to go to church and attend activities and events. I love this church and know that it bring my family and I great happiness and that it has helped us to become the people we are today. I love being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and I know that it is the Lord's church on the Earth.

How I live my faith

In my home ward I went to church every Sunday and participated in many ward and youth activities. I tried to set an example for the younger kids and youth in the ward and tried to help them develop leadership capabilities so that they could lead when it was their turn. I read my scriptures and say prayers daily. I try to be the best man I can be and to love everyone and represent the church in the best way.
