Hi I'm Lydia

I grew up in the UK. I study Chemistry. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a University student studying Chemistry who is looking to apply my skills into the area of healthcare. I love all sports, in particular, Hockey. I play the violin and piano and love singing - music is very important in my life! I love exploring new places, trying new things and I have travelled to many countries such as Egypt, Cuba, Canada, Hungary, Bulgaria, Poland, Italy etc. I absolutely love travelling and hope to marry someone who shares the same passions as me.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the church, however as an individual, I have come to the knowledge of this true gospel alone. I have felt peace and calmness when I have lived the principles the church teaches and I know that there is a special power in the Book of Mormon that cannot be found anywhere else. Being a church member makes me a better person. I especially am thankful for the knowledge of eternity - knowing that I can be reunited with family members that have passed on and knowing I can be with family forever. Experiences in my life have highlighted the importance of family and being a mormon helps me to realise how important family is.

How I live my faith

I am a pianist for the children (ages 4-12) at church and love what this brings. It's really nice to hear them singing and to be part of something!
