Hi I'm Hannah Richards

I am from Salt Lake City. I am very excited to be a missionary soon serving in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida Mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college student studying healthcare management. When I am not studying or working I love to hike, ski, play the guitar and travel. I find so much strength in Gods beautiful creations. Growing up I was an avid soccer player and sustained several major concussions. I have hopes to one day impact the concussion community and reduce sports-related head injuries.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have found so much peace and happiness in this restored gospel. I have found that as I live the teachings of this gospel it brings me closer to my Savior. By following the commandments that our Savior gave us we will be lead to the deepest happiness in this life and in the life to come. These commandments serve as a safeguard against some of the deepest sorrows we will fill. Although none of us are immune to hardship, we will be blessed as we turn to our Savior who has suffered every sin, failure, weakness and sorrow we will ever face. I know that our Savior loves us completely although we are incomplete. I know that as we repent and apply the Atonement in our lives we will be filled with peace and healing. Through His mercy we can become complete again. I know that this church has been restored in these last days by the Prophet Joseph Smith because I have read the Book of Mormon and I know it is true. I have prayed with real intent to know for myself and my Heavenly Father has manifest its truthfulness to me. I know that we have a living prophet today who leads and guides this church with the keys of the Holy Priesthood. I know that Our Heavenly Father loves us infinitely and wants us to return to live with him through baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, repenting, and enduring to the end. I love Him and my Savior Jesus Christ with my whole heart and so should you.

How I live my faith

I have thoroughly enjoyed being involved in my church callings. Currently, I am on the events committee in my singles ward. I have loved interacting and meeting new people who push me to be better each day. I also find joy in visiting other women in my ward once a month. I go with another friend and we share a spiritual message about Christ. At the end, we see if there is any way we can serve them. These dear sisters have become some of my dearest friends and have often been answers to my prayers.
