Hi I'm Jaymison

I am a member of a wonderful family. I'm a skier, mountain biker, soccer player, and music enthusiast. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Idaho but I have lived most of my life in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I am the oldest of four siblings and I enjoy spending time with my family. I am someone who loves to play sports such as soccer, basketball, and running. I also really enjoy skiing and mountain biking. I love music and I like to play the piano. I am headed to serve a mission in Peru after finishing one semester at BYU-Provo.

Why I am a Mormon

I have had the opportunity and blessing to be able to be raised in a home where the restored gospel was taught and lived. I am so grateful that I could be able to learn from a young age the happiness and joy that can be felt from obeying our Heavenly Father's commandments. I am a Mormon because I have a strong testimony of the truthfulness of this gospel. I have felt the Holy Ghost testify to me of the truthfulness of this gospel on many occasions. I have a firm testimony of the prophet Joseph Smith and the restored gospel. I also have a testimony of the Book of Mormon and the power and Spirit that it brings from sincere searching and studying. I know that Jesus Christ is truly our Savior and suffered for each of our sins. It is so wonderful that we can be free and forgiven from sin through Jesus Christ. I have felt the cleansing and beautiful effect of the Atonement in my life and I know that anyone else can too. I know that Heavenly Father loves each and every one of His children and wants everyone to return and live with Him. I am beyond blessed to have a knowledge of this gospel and a family that could teach me these vital principles. I am overjoyed to share this with those in Peru.

How I live my faith

The most important way that I have lived my faith is by serving in the Peru, Trujillo North Mission for two years. I also have had a couple of church callings including being the ward mission leader for my YSA ward. I love to serve others and the closer I am to the Holy Ghost the more I can feel Heavenly Father's love that He has for each and every one of His children.
