Hi I'm Sadie Hodgson

I was born and raised in Utah, besides three years my family spent in Alaska. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I graduated high school in 2017 and have completed one semester of college. I played volleyball and basketball in high school and I currently work as a CNA. I am studying exercise science and hope to further my education in the medical field. I recently received a mission call to serve for the LDS church, and will have the opportunity to serve the Lord in a new country and learn to speak a new language.

Why I am a Mormon

Since the day I was born, I have been part of an LDS family. Growing up with the influence of my older siblings and my parents, we went to church every Sunday and actively participated in youth events and ward activities and developed close friendships with our ward family. As I grew older, I came to realize the need to develop my own personal relationship with my Heavenly Father and my Savior, Jesus Christ. By participating in the young women's program in church, I worked hard to complete my Personal Progress and to receive my medallion. While working on this program, I was able to come closer to my Savior the most as I studied the Book of Mormon for my very last value project. After completing my Personal Progress, I wanted to continue my study of the Book of Mormon as I saw the blessings that came along with it. By developing my own relationship with Christ, and constantly working to improve and draw near to Him, I have been able to see blessings in my life and in the lives of my family members. I know that the Book of Mormon is true and I am thankful that I was able to learn of its truth for myself.

How I live my faith

One of the best ways that I can live my faith is by serving others. I was able to work in the temple for a short time before my mission and I felt my faith grow as I was able to serve the Lord, as well as help others come closer to Christ.
