Hi I'm Ashlee

I grew up in Northern Alberta. I am about to serve the good people of the Tennessee Nashville Mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My goal in life is to first serve the Lord, and then he will help me with the things in my life. I am a creative writer working on multiple books and hope to be published in the future. I am a realism artist and work on mostly pencil portraits. I've played the Clarinet for 8 years and very much enjoy music. I am the second oldest of 11 siblings (including step-siblings). I've lived in Alberta my whole life. Now I am becoming a Missionary to serve for my God.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in this church but my journey is like many peoples; meaning, I have had to find out if this church was true the same as anyone else. I can testify that the Lord lives and loves each and everyone of us and if we do as President Thomas S. Monson directs and read the Book of Mormon, anyone can know that this is the true church that has been restored. I know that Joseph Smith was called of God, and that he saw God the Father, and his living son, Jesus Christ, and that they know everyone of us individually, know us by name, and love each of us deeply. I believe in Christ and am a proud member of his church and cannot deny him. I love my Lord and will even past my dying breaths because i know he will be waiting with open arms to receive everyone with will believe and love him.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving as a full time Missionary. I have served in the church since I was 12 years old in active leadership callings. I have been in various positions such as a counselors up to class president. Currently I am not the Beehive (girls ages 12-14) Adviser in my towns Young Woman's (girls 12-18 youth group) Organization. I help teach the youth, plan activity and advise the leaders in our local presidency. Working with the youth has been an amazing blessing and they are truly capable of much.
