Hi I'm Rebecca Dickson

I have loved playing soccer all my life. I am attending BYU, studying Civil Engineering. I will serve in the Korea Busan Mission.

About Me

I have loved playing soccer my whole life. I played throughout high school, and am playing on an intramural team while attending BYU. I love to organize and clean, and shopping is one of my favorite pastimes. I also love spending time with my family and friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have seen in my life, and the lives of others, how Heavenly Father and Christ truly love us. They want us to return to live with them, and so Heavenly Father sent His Son to perform the Atonement. He did not need to do anything like that; Christ is the only perfect person to walk the earth, and loved each of us enough to endure the pains of all of our sins and troubles. I have been blessed as I serve others, study the scriptures, and pray. I know I can receive eternal life by obeying what Heavenly Father has asked me to do; I want to live forever with my family, Christ, and Heavenly Father, so I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by diligently working to fulfill my calling, improving spiritually each day, and helping others whenever I can. I've learned that it is important to look outside myself, even when I am stressed or overwhelmed. When I am serving others, I see things in my own life improve as well. Attending the temple is a great way to serve others, and I can enjoy the peace and assurance I feel each time I go.
