Hi I'm Robert

I grew up in Utah, and work on a farm in Idaho. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a simple man, mostly. I am currently working on my uncles farm, and I enjoy it very much.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in this Church. I didn't have a very strong testimony for most of my life. I kind of just cruised along obeying the commandments because my parents expected me to. Then, in the year 2016, I started suffering from major Depression. I couldn't find the value in life, and I didn't believe that anybody cared for me. I felt sad, alone, and just downright terrible. It reached a point where I attempted to take my own life. It was stupid of me, I see that now, but at the time if felt like the best option for me. I suffered for a while, physically, spiritually, and mentally. I decided that since I was already so low, I might as well try it the spiritual way. I started reading my scriptures, and they would bring a sense of peace and comfort. I started being able to feel my parents love for me, stronger than ever before. I still have problems sometimes, but I now know with every fiber of my being that Jesus loves me, and that he wishes my happiness. I know he has been with my even in my darkest of hours, and has helped without me even realizing it. I know this church is true because I have felt the effects in my personal life. I am now happier than I ever was before, and I wish with all my heart that I can remain worthy to return to His presence. I know with a surety of my parents love for me, and that they would do anything for me. I pray that I might be able to draw closer to my father in Heaven. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

How I live my faith

I attend church every Sunday, when I can. Sometimes I get sick, and that would not be very nice to everybody else. I read my scriptures daily, out of all the books. I do the best I can.
