Hi I'm Gracie

I love music, any and all things chocolate, and I am a Mormon!

About Me

I love to play the piano and I played tennis my whole high school career. I am a certified nurses assistant and I plan on going to college to study to become an Intensive Care Unit nurse. I have a serious case of Wanderlust (I hope to travel the whole world one day). You will never find me not listening to some sort of music and I absolutely love to read, I sometimes do both at the same time! I love to hike and adventure around my small part of the world. My siblings, mom, and I put on the best concerts in our kitchen and we love to travel together and sing on our long road trips!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it is a religion filled with happiness. Heavenly Father has given us a path to follow filled with happiness. Of course this life can't be just the good times, it is filled with trial and heartache too. I have been in a position where my family suffered more heartache than I thought was possible. I was able to rise above that through the strength that my Savior gave me every day. It was never easy, it still isn't to this day, but I know now that I will never stand alone, I will always have Jesus Christ by my side. He loves me and wants me to be happy and I know that without this gospel, I personally, would have had a hard time in my trials. I know that this gospel, this good news, is what brings me happiness. The teachings and the standards that I follow have led me to a path of new found happiness and I have been able to lean on friends and family and my Savior for comfort and strength. I know this church is true without a doubt in my mind. I am young, but I am sure. I know, through my experiences, that this gospel is the path to happiness, if we just follow it and live its teachings we cannot fail.

How I live my faith

I love my faith. I have had the opportunity to be in some leadership positions in the church while I was in high school, and now, since graduating, I've been able to be in a few more. I loved getting to know other people like me who shared common goals and I love telling others about this beautiful gospel I get to live every single day. I have been able to help others come unto Christ in fun ways, like Ice Cream Socials and Hot Dog Sizzles! We always have a good time and it is always fun atmosphere filled with the Spirit of Christ and of course, delicious food! I go to church every single Sunday and I love the music, the people, and the feeling I get every time I go. I always try to carry that feeling with me all throughout the week, and that feeling has led me to be able to help others with the trials of their lives and help make their days a little brighter. I try to live the gospel everyday by the little things I do, say, and the spirit I carry with me.
