Hi I'm Millie

I'm from a small town in Utah. I'm a Missionary. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm from a very small town, so I was able to be very involved in high school. I was the cheerleading captain for two years, I was a dancer on the school drill team, I was involved with music, choir, theatre, Model UN, student council, and other clubs. I took piano lessons for 13 years and studied classical music. Growing up in a small town was really good for me, but I was so excited to graduate and go to college in a bigger city. I attended Brigham Young University for one year before deciding to serve a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Learning about other cultures and other regions in the world has become a newfound interest of mine. I love to travel and meet new people who are different than me. I have also found in myself a passion for the arts especially theatre and music. Performing in and watching plays is one of my favorite things to do!

Why I am a Mormon

My life has been blessed by being a part of this church. I am a Mormon because I feel of God's love for me. I know that He has a Plan of Happiness for every single person on this Earth. I know that if I do what God wants me to do, then I will find deep happiness. The gospel gives me hope and helps me feel peace and guidance in a sometimes crazy life.

How I live my faith

Right now, I am a missionary for the LDS church. I spend all my time teaching and serving others because it is what God wants me to do. I teach people what I believe and answer any questions they have about the church. The service that missionaries do can be anything between helping someone move and taking them cookies! I have found that I am happiest when I am serving.
