Hi I'm Veronica

I grew up all over the USA, my father was in the Army. This gave me the opportunity to see and live in many states. I am a Mormon

About Me

I am a mother of 5 grow children and 19 grandchildren. My parents are converts to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, they have firm testimonies of our church and they also came from a very strong backgrounds in the Baptist faith. Because of their upbringing they had a great love of Jesus Christ and loved the Bible teachings and they taught me about my Savior and instilled in me that love too. I have had many wonderful opportunities to get to know many people all over the USA, during my father's tour of duty. It has taught me about people and the many diverse ways people believe and live their lives. Traveling taught me to be open to many to many people of the world and love who they are and that they are all God's children. I love to do oil paintings, love to do crafts and decorate my home, being a homemaker is a great job. I am preparing to go on a mission for the LDS church and will be serving in Salt Lake City in November this year.

Why I am a Mormon

I love being a Mormon, living the principles of the gospel of this belief has taught me a very happy way of life. Living the gospel has always created a harmonious feeling in my life daily if I continue to learn and apply it each day. It gives me great strength to endure the trials of life, for I literally feel my burdens lifted and become lighter to bear them. I am grateful and will ever be grateful to my Heavenly Father because of this great gospel in my life. I and i am very thankful for the many miracles and blessings that were for me, my family members and for my friends. To have a testimony of my Savior and His examples He teaches me each day and when I try to live like Him I am very happy. I gained a testimony of Him through prayer, learning of Him through His word (scriptures) through giving service to others in my church and community and for my family. My testimony is that He loves me and He loves all of you and wants us, all His sons and daughters to return to Him again.

How I live my faith

I now serve in my church with the 9 to 11 year old girls on activity days. We teach them simple ways to serve others around us in the community, learn some simple cooking skills, gardening, eat. I love serving with the girls it is a great opportunity to get to know the great people they are.
