Hi I'm Eric

I'm a Canadian. I'm a missionary. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Eric. I play football, rubgy and I have a black stripe belt in Tae-Kwon-Do. I graduated high school in the class of 2017 and then left to serve a mission in Phoenix Arizona.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the LDS faith with parents who are strong members in the church. As I got older and my understanding of the church grew, I developed my own testimony through scripture study and praying to know if the things I've been taught are true. I continue to follow His gospel because as I have studied and prayed I have felt the holy spirit testify to me that the gospel is true and that this is God's restored church on the Earth. I know that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ live and that they love us more than we can imagine.

How I live my faith

I've had the privilege of participating in several youth groups from the ages of 12 through 18. I was able to serve in positions of trust within these groups at different times. Along with this came the responsibility of providing an example of honesty and integrity to my peers. When I was 17, I volunteered as an assistant with cub scouts between the ages of 8 to 10. I helped plan and organize activities and helped the other leaders supervise the cubs. One of my most memorable moments was teaching the cubs some simple Tae Kwon Do moves.
