Hi I'm Gabe Crawford

I was born and raised in Arizona. I love to serve people. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to work with my hands. I enjoy carpentry, welding, drawing, smithing or anything else I can get my hands on. I try really hard to make people laugh and sometimes it works.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love my Father in Heaven. I want to do His will, which includes living as an honest and loving person, and also helping others to find and accept His divine and infinite love.

How I live my faith

I serve my friends, family, neighbors, and even complete strangers any time I get the chance. I love to help people. Sometimes it's in the form of physical labor like painting, yard-work, or helping someone move. Sometimes I get to provide emotional support, listening and comforting. Sometimes it's spiritually, and I get to help someone grow closer to Christ and accept His light in their life.

Why are Mormons asked to donate 10% of their income to their Church?

Gabe Crawford
This donation is used to fund the various activities of the church. It pays for things like new temples or church buildings, humanitarian efforts, and missionary work. The Lord has provided us with everything from the sun in the sky to the hair on our head. We give back a portion of what He gives us as a token of our faith. It is a way for us to further the Lords work, which is to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of mankind. Show more Show less

Do Mormons only help Mormons?

Gabe Crawford
No. I personally seek to serve every person I come into contact with. We are taught that when someone asks you to walk a mile with them you walk with them all the way to their destination, no matter the distance. LDS organizations such as Helping Hands do not discriminate between members and non-members. They provide aid to all. Christ served everyone, not just the people who listened to him. We seek to do the same. Show more Show less
