Hi I'm Zach Anderson

I grew up in Texas and Idaho. I love to film, draw, and play many instruments. I also love to travel/explore. I'm also a Mormon.

About Me

I am in love with film! I love everything about it. I'm working on storyboarding a short film right now, and hopefully will be able to film it once I get back from my mission in two years. I might animate it if I have enough time and help to do it. I also love music, I don't know where I'd be without it. I've played the violin for about 9 years, and the viola for 4. I also have played the cello and bass for fun. I'm learning the piano and guitar, but it's tough. I've been in several orchestras and have toured with them multiple times. That's usually the reason I'm in them. To travel. It's another one of my passions. I hope to tour Europe or Asia sometime in the future.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in the church, and lived the gospel with my family my whole life. I've had many experiences that prove Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ's existence throughout my life. He has always been there for me, comforting me in tough times, and leading me down the right path. My older brother fell away from the church, and I don't have much other family outside of my immediate family that are still members. My testimony has slowly grown over time, and has kept me from having any desire of leaving the church.

How I live my faith

I've been called to serve as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints for two years. I've also been a leader of the Young Men in my ward as a President, counselor, and secretary. I've done many service projects to help those in my neighborhood, and also the refugees. Hometeaching has always been part of my service, where I visit a couple families to teach, and also to help with whatever they might need.
