Hi I'm Tahlia Walbrecht

I grew up in California. I am a pre-med student. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up playing tennis in California and played all throughout High School. I currently go to Utah Valley University and am studying to become a Pediatric Doctor. I have a passion for travel and for helping those around me. I hope to someday be part of Doctors Without Borders. I am excited and happy to be serving a mission in the Argentina Santa Fe Mission!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because this gospel has given me hope, comfort, guidance and the greatest life I could have asked for. I have had my fair share of trials and hardships, but through these trials I have come to know of my Savior's love and that His atonement can comfort and heal. He has felt your sorrows and pains, and will bless and comfort you. I know that Heavenly Father's path and plan for my life is the best possible path for me! Through the Atonement and our Father's Plan of Happiness/ Salvation I can live with my family again and live with my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ for all eternity. This happiness that this true gospel brings doesn't compare to any other happiness. It is everlasting and real!

How I live my faith

I try to constantly live my faith by living how Christ did. Striving to develop and have Christlike attributes such as faith, charity, hope, love, kindness, etc. is a constant goal that I look forward to achieve each and everyday! I volunteer in a local hospital and have gone on a mission trip to Petit-Guave Haiti. I absolutely loved learning from the grateful, kind and driven people of Haiti. I hope to be an example of Christ's light when I come across everyone I meet!
