Hi I'm Sterling White

I'm a Richmond, Virginia resident. I'm an Eagle Scout, a black belt, a future US Airmen, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm an avid historian and enjoy reading on material relating to the histories of both modern and ancient peoples, nations, and languages. I'm also a musician and play both the clarinet and the bass guitar as side hobbies and was a full time member of my high school band. After I serve my mission, I plan on joining the U.S. Air Force and eagerly look forward to serving my country.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon by choice because I know that it is through this Gospel that Christ has shown the way to eternal happiness and truth. I know it because the Spirit testified unto me the truthfulness of this church and the reality of the Book of Mormon, and I know that through this church, I can find the road which leads to eternal life with God and our families.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by accepting the callings in my ward with eagerness, as I know the Lord has plans in store for me by giving me these duties in my church. Through callings, I can better understand how to increase the knowledge of my abilities and talents as well as serve others as the Lord would have me serve. Service is one of the greatest ways for me to express my love of the Savior's teachings, and it is through callings I can help those in my ward in need.
