Hi I'm Izabella Seemann

I'm a runner and I am a Mormon.

About Me

My love for running developed when I was quiet young due to the fact that I couldn't ride a bike and my dad being determined not to let me have training wheels for the rest of my life. So the only way I could go on bike rides with my siblings was to run. I started playing tennis my freshman year of high school and think everyone should try it because it's awesome. Another hobby of mine is gardening. Coming from a family where gardening is a big thing it naturally became a favorite thing to do with my mom.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I believe that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is the true church. I know this for myself because I have prayed and read the Book of Mormon in search of the answer if this is the true church and I have received an answer that has left me with out a doubt that it is the true church. I know that we have a prophet on earth today to lead and guide us just as there were prophets in ancient times as recorded in the Bible. And I know that as we follow the council of our prophets and apostles they will help strengthen our faith in gospel. I know that being a Mormon, a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints has brought happiness and peace in my life and I am so grateful for that.

How I live my faith

For me the small and simple things in life have always stuck out. Over the years of being a member of the church I have learned that reading my scriptures and praying daily may be small and simple but it is so important to me in exercising and building my faith. Attending church every Sunday and participating in lessons strengthen my faith in the gospel and my understanding of it. Even accepting to give a talk on Sunday or teaching a lesson is a small and simple way that I try to live my faith.
