Hi I'm Jenny

I am a Mormon. Through LDS Charities, I have served on the USNS Comfort and USNS Mercy in developing nations as a nurse.

About Me

I am a wife, mother of 2 sons, and grandma. We have 2 dogs. I enjoy outdoor activities and reading.

Why I am a Mormon

I know our Father in Heaven and Jesus Christ know us individually, love us, and want to bless us. Through faith and prayer, we may drawer nearer to them. I know the Book of Mormon testifies of Christ and by reading it, a peaceful spirit follows.

How I live my faith

Being a Mormon is more than just going to church on Sunday. It means living gospel principles daily. Most of my callings in the church have involved teaching or Cub Scouting.

Do Mormons only help Mormons?

Jenny
In our church, we are taught to serve others. It is a basic gospel principle. Jesus is a great example of serving others through caring words and deeds. My personal motto is learn and lift. I believe in lifelong learning and lifting others on a daily basis. There are so many opportunities for us to lift others. It may be as simple as a friendly smile or wave, text or call, or volunteer work in the local community or abroad. Show more Show less
