Hi I'm Kenzie

I serve, I travel, I learn. I love culture and art and music. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am studying International Relations and International Development in college. I have travelled around the world to participate in service including working in orphanages and with street kids. I love language and culture; I can speak a little Spanish and Mandarin. I'm a huge fan of the mountains - snowboarding and hiking - and the ocean - boogie boarding and swimming. I also love drawing and music.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because there is nothing in this world that could bring me greater, lasting happiness and joy. I know that I am a beloved daughter of a Heavenly Father who is present in every moment of my life, leading me to the experiences I have and the people that I meet. I also know that my savior is Jesus Christ - He atoned for the sins of the world, He atoned for me! Through Him, through repentance and through His grace, I can be exalted and dwell with them again someday.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by devoting myself to my Heavenly Father and His son, Jesus Christ, to the furthering of their work and the spreading of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and its glorious message. For me, that includes attending my weekly church meetings on Sundays, going to the Temple, daily study of the scriptures (The Book of Mormon and the Holy Bible), prayers to my Father in Heaven, and service. Service is the lifeblood of our faith and shows our Heavenly Father and the Savior that we are grateful to them for the blessings that they pour down upon us and for their divine sacrifices on our behalf.
