Hi I'm Joseph

I grew up in Clearfield Utah. I will be serving a mission for the next two years. I love music. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love music. I love to play music, I love to write music, (I want to get a little bit better at reading music), if it's music, I am there. I play drums/percussion, guitar and piano. I also like to go for the occasional run, and I think fast cars are pretty cool. Someday I hope to write the score to a big blockbuster movie.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon, because I believe in the gospel of Jesus Christ. I have read the Book of Mormon, and I still do so everyday. I know that the Book of Mormon is the word of God, and through the council given in that book we can all live with our families in eternity with our Heavenly Father. I love the church. While I am not without questions, and I am far from perfect; The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints gives my life purpose, and without that purpose I wouldn't have a reason to get out of bed in the morning. I love my savior Jesus Christ, and I am grateful for his everlasting atonement, which satiates both the demands of justice, and fulfills God's grace. I am a Mormon, because the gospel of Jesus Christ is true.

How I live my faith

I will be serving a mission for the next two years. Before my mission I helped out in my church by playing the piano for people to sing the hymns in our men's meeting. My friend and I on many occasions will write and perform musical numbers in our sacrament meetings to help invite the spirit. I have taught the lesson in my Sunday school lessons before, and I enjoyed visiting the families my visiting teaching companion and I were assigned.
