Hi I'm Victoria

I'm a student, a daughter, a missionary, a friend, a helper, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Currently I am preparing to serve a mission in Cancun Mexico! I've already started my college career finishing a year studying Psychology. I work at an old folks day care center. I love learning about what their lives were like when they were growing up. I guess I just like the history that they bring where ever they go. The things that I like to do seem pretty basic. I love eating, or I guess a better way to say that is "trying new foods". I love to sing, especially in the car with the music loud. Crocheting is something that I do when I'm watching a movie or show. It seems like I'm an old lady in a young lady's body sometimes, because my favorite movies are old 40s and 50s romance shows like Gotta Stay Happy and The Philadelphia Story. Just can't get enough of Jimmy Stewart. I'm pretty shy until I've spent at least an hour with you.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon partly because I've grown up with it my whole life and because I know there's nothing better than the peace and joy I am blessed with because of the gospel. I am a Mormon because I love having the knowledge that I can live with my Heavenly Father again along with my family. I know that God loves all His children. I love that we have a prophet today just as in the Bible who leads, guides, and teaches everyone to be like Christ and reveals to them the love that the Lord has for them. I am a Mormon because I know that the Book of Mormon is a true testament of Jesus Christ and bears witness of His divine nature and mercy.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by reading the scriptures as much as I can and by remembering all that the Lord has done for me. For the particulars in church I am a ward missionary which is just a title for someone who goes to visit the less active members and helps the missionaries teach lessons to those interested in our faith.
