Hi I'm Charlotte

I grew up in Ann Arbor, MI. I love creating music. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Creating music is one of my main passions and I am constantly singing and playing the bassoon and piano. I love hiking and exploring nature with family and friends and am always moving around. I read everything from Harry Potter to Jane Austen and love it all! I am a college student who loves learning and is getting ready to major in Special Education.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in this church and I don't know what I'd do without it. Being a Mormon is a part of me that I can't separate from who I am. The teachings of the gospel of Christ bring me much joy and happiness in my daily life. I love Christ's doctrines and teachings; they make so much sense to me and are without flaw. Because of the gospel, I know who I am and why I am here. I see this life as just a portion of my existence: a portion where I am able to learn and grow and become more like Christ. I am grateful for the opportunity I have to be here and to go through hard times so that I can gain experience and knowledge that I can use for all time and all eternity. I love the church because it helps me understand myself and others better; it helps me love everyone around me because I know that they are children of God and are my brothers and sisters.

How I live my faith

I am preparing to serve a mission in the Hungary Budapest mission! I am so excited to be able to go and serve the people there! I have been able to serve the people here in America as I've helped people with their family history work in some of the places I've lived. I love doing family history work so that I can learn more about the people that helped me come here to earth. One thing I love doing is performing songs about the things my church teaches. I love being able to go throughout my day and think about our Saviour's sacrifice for us; I am grateful for the opportunity this gives me to repent and be forgiven for the mistakes I make in my life.

Do Mormons regard the Bible as Holy Scripture and the word of God?

As Mormons, we teach from the bible and love the doctorines this Holy record holds. The bible centers around a witness that Jesus is the Christ and He is the son of our Heavenly Father. The Book of Mormon onlt further testifies and clarifies that doctorine. Show more Show less
