Hi I'm Bailey

I'm a college student who loves to travel, meet new people, and experience other cultures. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I would describe myself as a country girl. I grew up in an agricultural community, raising bison and farming all types of produce. As a result, I have a strong love for nature. I enjoy anything that has to do with the out of doors; such as hiking, camping, rock climbing, rappelling, kayaking, and skydiving. Some other hobbies include music (I play the cello and the piano) and reading almost every book I can get my hands on. I wear my nerd badge with pride- I love learning and I thrive on the challenges that college has presented me so far. In consequence of my love for learning, I have developed a passion for traveling and experiencing new cultures and ways of life. The people I have met in my travels have reaffirmed to me that we are all children of God and He loves each of us so much. To satisfy my love for learning, travel, and my desire to serve others, I would like to serve in the Peace Corps after I earn my Bachelor's degree.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love my Heavenly Father and my Savior Jesus Christ. I know that they live, and that they love each one of us. I know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is the Christ's gospel restored to the Earth. I am a Mormon because I believe that each one of us has the opportunity to live with God again, and to spend eternity with out Families and loved ones.

How I live my faith

I love my local church community. My neighbors and friends truly are my brothers and sisters and I strive to find ways to serve them. Service in my community comes in both big and small ways; everything from cleaning house for a wheelchair bound individual, to taking flowers to my ill neighbor.
