Hi I'm Josh

I'm from Oregon, I love the outdoors, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy fishing, camping, watching TV shows with my family, and listening to music. I play the piano, guitar, and the ukulele. I attend college in Idaho for agronomy.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, I am still a member of the church because I have had so many experiences and feelings that have shown me that it is true. I have prayed to know that the Book of Mormon is true and from good feelings and receiving a witness that it is true. It didn't happen quickly and it took a diligent effort but the outcome is so worth it. I have felt forgiveness for my mistakes and sins and have come to a knowledge that my Savior atoned for my sins so that I can be made clean again and start again on the path to becoming like Him. Being a Mormon is not always easy, but what I can say is that it is always worth it and that our Heavenly Father is mindful of our struggles and will answers our prayers as we walk the path of discipleship.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to obey the commandments as best as I can. I try to read my scriptures everyday, although I'm not always perfect in that. I haven't had many callings, but I have been recently called to serve a mission in the Guatemala City East mission and look forward to sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ to the people in Guatemala.
