Hi I'm Annalissa

I grew up in Utah and I have a passion for music. I am a Mormon!

About Me

I played the flute in my school band. I have a passion for music and have enjoyed every minute of band. I am going to school to become a Veterinary Technician. I have always love animals. I did an internship with a doggy daycare and completely fell in love with it!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a Mormon. My parents raised my siblings and I in the Church. I've always known that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is true. I choose to be a member of the Mormon church because it's where I feel closest to God. I know that God watches over me and protects me. I see His hand in every thing I do. It brings me great strength to know that God is with me everyday. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints because I know that this church has the full gospel of Jesus Christ. I feel that every time I read the Book of Mormon. I read the Book of Mormon every day. I find the strength I need to get through each day because I read the Book of Mormon. I know the teachings in the book are true. I have prayed to know if the Book of Mormon is true. The answers I receive are peace and comfort. I know God live. He speaks through modern prophets and apostles to tell His children how much He loves, cares, and is mindful of us. We are each sons and daughters of a loving Heavenly Father. Through Him, we can find our greatest peace and joy.

How I live my faith

When I moved, I became a primary teacher. I taught children 18 months to 2 years for a couple of months and loved it! My bishop moved me to teach children 4-5 years old. Although it was difficult to keep their attention, they have such a sweet spirit that they bring with them. The children want to learn more about Jesus every Sunday, and their testimonies are so strong. I learned more from them than they learned from me.
