Hi I'm Weston

I was born in Boston, but grew up in Utah. I'm an avid skier, and love to be outdoors. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I live in Utah. I'm a college freshman. I am currently studying mechanical engineering and plan to go to medical school to become a doctor. I love to ski, bike, boat, hike, canyoneer, and be with my family. I have three younger siblings who are all awesome and crazy. And, finally, I love being a Mormon!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have a testimony of being a Mormon. A testimony is a belief in something. It is grounded through faith and experience. I have gained that testimony through reading The Book of Mormon and praying to God. I know that God still speaks to man, and that He can speak to us through the Holy Ghost. That is why I am a Mormon. I have felt God speaking peace and joy to my soul through the Holy Ghost. I have felt of Christ's love for me. I have been changed for the better through Christ's Atonement. I invite you to feel of this love, peace, and joy, through reading The Book of Mormon, praying, and developing your own testimony in Christ and His church. Christ is the only way back to our heavenly home. In the words of the prophet Joseph Smith, "Shall we not go on in so great a cause?"

How I live my faith

I strive to live my faith by being an example of Christ. I try to do the things that He would do. I participate in my church by teaching about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I also visit people in my church to help them with whatever they need help with. This is called hometeaching. It is one of the ways that people in my church help each other and grow closer as a community.
