Hi I'm McKeisha Nez

I grew up in Arizona. I'm Navajo. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm 19 years old. I'm the youngest of four children. I grew up in Arizona. I've currently been called to serve in the California Redlands Mission. I enjoy sports such as cross country, basketball, & track I've always been super competitive & active throughout my life. I love being around children, they have this innocence and positive outlook on life that we can all learn from. Serving others is what I enjoy most, I strive to always give my service to those that need it & fulfill my callings in the church.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up as a member of the LDS church. I am completely, forever grateful for the loving guidance of my Heavenly Father & the gospel He has placed on the Earth in order for us to find our own eternal happiness. I know this is the true & restored church of Jesus Christ. This gospel has blessed my life immensely & continues to do so on a daily basis. I see God's hand in my life as I continue to follow the teachings of Christ, studying upon the words of the gospel, & attending church. I've increased my faith in Jesus Christ & know the eternal happiness of God's plan being a member of the LDS church. We are all His children, He knows all of us by name, I know that if we're able to come & accept the true gospel of Our Heavenly Father & follow the commandments He has given us, we can return back to live with Him again.

How I live my faith

I live my faith serving others, praying daily, reading scriptures, attending church activities, & listening to the promptings of the Holy Ghost. Serving others gives me complete joy, I know that if I can give a helping hand to those in need like Christ would I can make a small difference in the world today. Praying & reading the scriptures allows me to communicate with my Heavenly Father & I continue to learn about Him and the promises He has given in the scriptures He has provided for us. The Holy Ghost is a member of the Godhead in which we receive through baptism, the Holy Ghost is the Comforter. We receive a testimony through the power of the Holy Ghost. I know that if we're just able to listen to the promptings of the Holy Ghost we can learn to be more Christ like & deny the temptations of Satan.
